Due to the nature of Regal Kare's products, we are unable to accept any returns once your order is dispatched. If for any reason our customers are unhappy with the condition they have received their order, we advise that Regal Kare is notified of this immediately. We would need you to provide evidence of this, with this information we will be able to look into your request and propose a suitable solution so that you as the customer, are happy.

Using Regal Kare Yoni Products

All of our Products undergo Microbial Testing and are Tested for PH, Regal Kare can vouch that our handmade Yoni Soaps have showed no signs of harmful bacteria and 0-1 on the PH chart.

Although we aim to aid all our customers personal hygiene requirements, we need to make it clear that our products DO NOT TREAT STD's (please see a healthcare professional about this). We can also be honest enough to say that Regal Kare can not be held responsible for any further issues created when using our products for the Yoni area. This is because we do not have certified information of any of our customers health issues prior to using our products, therefore we cannot be sure that Regal Kare's products are the cause of any issues in the intimate area.
